Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

They were so rude.... they wouldnt listen to my questions and they were very pushy. when they numbed me and left till i was numb i walked out.

I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I went to this dentist, because as far as i know, this is the only dentist in tacoma that would take my DSHS insurance, they told me i had to get NINE of my teeth pulled and that there was nothing else they could do. (when i did not have that many bad teeth) They took 5 of my teeth out, all the while i was cursing the person that was pulling my tooth,because for one, they rushed me through al the paperwork and did not let me ask questions or make sure that i fully understood what they were doing, did not numb me enough durin... read more

I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They didn't explain any of the procedures to me & I felt that it was because I had DSHS medical. I'm still a person, and having that type of medical shouldn't matter.
