I have had two bad experiences with returning products that was sold by there sales people to me and upon return they refuse to accept my return because of the paper in the packing wasn't there and the sales man assured me that was the right product for my machine ,wrong now I am out of 30 more dollars and they sold me 3 chain saw chains that didn't fit my bar and they wouldn't even exchange them as far as I am concerned after Mary and her Late Husband left there front yard they forgot the real reason they are were they r no... read more
I live over an hour away and had driven past many times but never stopped in. Now, when I need a part for my BX1870, Fred, in the parts department, has put a huge smile on my face with his quick service, his professionalism, and over-all friendliness while he met all of my requirements through email. I can't wait to stop in and meet him in person so I can thank him for such a pleasant "first contact" experience! I'm VERY impressed (and that's not easy to do).
