I was warned, but ignored. Five days there and still fixed. Replaced started the lawn mower races when started per store. Mower under warranty and they won't be looking at it again until Friday. Claims to be busy..maybe they should hire more peop!e. Service these days isnt asphalt it to be.
They don’t keep their website up to date. Too busy to suggest something else. Trying to buy local, but will go elsewhere.

I had a problem with my Stihl chainsaw and took it in the service department to see what the problem was. The guy took the chainsaw in the back and came back with it running. Treated me well and explained what the problem was. Really happy with the service. On a side note, I did buy and Echo weedwacker about four weeks ago and got great service from the salesman. Sure glad I didn’t buy from Home Depot or Lowe’s!! Keep up the good work!
I wont buy from them again, guy was rude. Buy from Elders they will treat you with respect and give you a deal not just a set price.
