First I want to thank you for working with me and renewing my lease. Your staff has always been helpful and courteous. I would recommend utilizing you as an owner or renter. It is with sadness that I must notify you I will be out of the residence on or before July 30, 2015. I will schedule the final walk through when I have the solid dates.

These guys have really stepped it up lately. Cathy is a pleasure to work with and I have had no problems since the first month they took over for our former landlord. I have had repairs promptly addressed and my texts or calls returned quickly. Thanks M&M.
