I just wanted thank Bruce for sending out this newsletter to landlords through the years. I am a real estate broker since 1980 and have had rentals for about 50 years. I took one of your classes many years ago and it is great that you continue to do them. I wish that more landlords would attend them. The property manager Jim is not an 8 to 5, manager he responds when the jobs calls! He first started advertising and showing the first unit and indicated ways to improve the property and provide good council along the way. Jim's motto is to preserve or increase the value of the real estate asset while generating income for owners. He responds quickly to emails to ensure you are taken care of right away!
