Recently we sold our rental property and used Tri Chikami as our broker. Well, it couldn’t have gone smoother! We did all the paper work by email and Teri was excellent at making it all seem easy. Having represented both the Seller and Buyer was also advantageous, insofar as dealing with both parties made negotiating fair and easy. If we had to do it again, would still have Teri represent us. Well done and thank you Teri!
