I’m very happy to have found M and M Properties to manage my house. Within a couple weeks, they had my house rented to a very good renter. They communicated with me on a regular basis and left me with the security I needed to take the risk as a landlord. They helped me make decisions on how to get the house ready to rent, and informed me of the protocol at being a landlord. Whenever there was a problem with a fence, a fallen tree, plumbing, etc., M and M got to me immediately and always followed-through appropriately.

For the last five years I've been living in the same place that I'm renting from M&M. I haven't had many problems, when when I have my agent has been friendly and responsive and I have always been satisfied with her solutions. My experience has been very positive and I would gladly rent from M&M again.

Took longer than I thought for a tenant to rent the house but I can say its one of the best tenants I've had in a long time!
