Marvin was great! He responded quickly; was able to come out same day; and did an excellent job. Very knowledgable.
M&M responded quickly to my service request. Very personable, friendly and competent. A little more than I wanted to pay but it was a Saturday. Would definitely reccommend!
M & M contacted me immediately after I posted to HomeAdvisor and they did the work the next day. However the price was a shocker and therefore I very highly recommend you do NOT make my mistake. Get a quote BEFORE any work is done.
Marvin called me in a timely manner and gave me an estimate over the phone. After I hired him, he came on time and charged exactly what his estimate was. He and his co-worker were friendly, efficient, tidy and did a great job on my repair.
I told M&M what I needed done and they had to make 2 trips to Lowe's for parts. I am not happy. They could not find the problem witht he ice maker or fix it. Now I have to start over. They were nice but I could not recommend them. THey were to arrive between 11-1 and showed up at 2:30pm without a call.

we are plumbers not appliance repair men I never told her we fix appliances we checked to make sure there was water to the fridge and that is all we can do the problem is interal we did fix the problem in her sink. and we did appoliage for being late. and yes we made two trips but did not charge her any more for the time we were there

They showed up on time but did not use the part that i ask them to use and they wanted to get payed high price and go on to whatever the next thing they wanted to do.Seemed like speed was ther only goal not quality or costumer satisfaction.

I talked to the owner and would like hime to rate the service on what was preformed, I believe the service was at least 3 stars and if he had a problem he should of call me
He was really good and explained everything he was doing as he did it. It would have been nice if he hadn't needed to make two or three trips to Lowes for parts. That would have cut down on the time for which I had to pay him. Other than that, I would highly recommend M&M plumbing. I've kept their little magnet on my fridge and will definitely call them again.
