I called Marvin at 8:00pm in the middle of the rain storm of the century and he even answered his phone. Nobody ever answers there phone in an emergency. Water was pouring in our basement - something that had never happened before. He told me not to worry he would be out in the morning to install a sump pump. By 9:30am the next day Marvin was hard at work. By 11:45am the sump pump was in and 300 gallons of water was pouring out of my house. Marvin was my hero! Great work, great person and great value. I was surprised to say the least.
Centerpoint Energy Service Plus could not respond to my leaking water heater in a timely manner. Marv from M&M called when I put in the request and rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. He replaced my water heater by early afternoon.....the cost was less than my quote from Centerpoint.
on time, on cost, real good at getting it done and really clean up!!!
