We worked on the toilet for over a hr get your facts straight . There must be a toy or something in the toilet that we cannot get out we gave her a price to replace the toilet and she did not want to go that route so don't blame us 4 you putting something in the toilet that we cannot get out
Put a new water heater in that was not close to level. Would have been real easy to shim but they didn't. Called, emailed no response.
