I had 3 projects. The actual repairs were done satisfactorily. However, with the laundry tub new faucet install, the water softener drain tube was not put back in the sink which (during the softening cycle) caused the water to go all over the floor. Causing me a real mess! When I called to tell them of the problem, they did apologize but never said anything about coming back and make sure everything else was OK. Also the faucet sprays the water out at an angle to the left, not straight down, which I did not mention to them.

Answered the phone himself early in the morning 7:30 a.m. He came within the hour. Fixed the problem in less then an hour. Very fair in what he charged. I was very pleased with his work!
