Drs are good but to sign papers are really bad and secretary leave you hold for long periods of time they closed the office call back and is the answering service and if you want to talk to dr to explain that you need paper sign no answer unless you go an paid for a dr visit
I love the Doctors.. great people and the nurses rock! But horrible customer service from the front counter. They really do kill the office reputation.
We landed at M&M Pediatrics by chance since they were the only Dr's in town that took TriCare. We've never left because of their amazing care. Both Drs are very thorough with their evaluations and I love that they explain everything along the way down to the results. The staff is amazing with kids and have the gentlest hands to draw blood.
