I used to recommend everyone since never had a problem, but a week ago went in at 6:30pm, and office says close till 8pm. well they did not take my son in because apparently they had too many patient...Is that my fault and why not honor hours posted at door or facebook and online. That not right. please I would like a response on how that sounds to everyone. Thank you. Never thought this was going to happen. Many years going there
So i didnt had an appointment had 2 wait 1hr and 30 just 2 get in to a room. Saw at least 10 patients go in with appointments. Last time we came in they didnt even get the right diagnoses and we ended up in the hospital. Had to come in at least 3 times to get our baby check n both time they send us home with nothing but painkillers until we decided to take him to the hospital where we ended up staying 4 days. Im so angry at this so called professionals that just want 2 see as many patients possible 2 get the biggest proffit ... read more

Las secretarias te tratan como si te hicieran un favor y hay un PA que te trata de manera muy prepotente y además en varias pcaciones le receto a mi hijo antibiótico cuando tenía un virus y yo estudio medicina en MÉXICO estoy a punto de graduarme y se que ese no es el medicamento que se debe recetar
I think the front should try to be a little more curious to the patient and instead of ignoring a patient they should acknowledge your presence and at least motion that they'll be with you soon. But they don't even do that on top of it it always take at least 2 hours and that is way too long for a Dr visit in my opinion especially when you have an appointment. My appointment was at 9 am and the Dr. Didn't walk into my room till about 1030, then after he left I waited another 30 min for the nurses to come in with my daughter'... read more
Awesome. Dr Ali is great, super nice and professional. Nurses are great too.
Very dissatisfied with the fact that the doctor can not accommodate a parents schedule for something as simple as ADHD test results. The doctor is still very much here but decides he is too busy to see one patient fairly quickly for something so simple. How is it that a doctor can set a schedule on when they are open but don't want to take that time for a patient and rather just hand them off to a PA which apparently isn't allowed to give the results. Never had I had so much back and forth trouble with a doctor's office
