Not pleased. The sales person called on Saturday on told me the used car I purchased would be ready at 4:00 Monday. I arrived promptly at 4:00 and had to sit and wait over 2 hours because the vehicle wasn't ready. During the test drive, I inquired about the availability of a second key fob. I was told at the time that the sales person would check on it. After finally taking receipt of the car, the salesperson still did not know about the second key fob.
