Lynch Toyota of Auburn. Went in for a rear brake job. Victoria in parts was extremely helpful in getting everything ordered. She even managed to get some of the parts in quicker than expected. Francesco was my service advisor. He did a great job taking care of me. Will the tech was awesome as well. He found a leak in the rear seal and had Francesco show it to me. I worked with Jarvon and Wayne and they were both amazing! They got me a better deal than I could ever imagine and the customer service is phenomenal. I’ve been in the car business for 2 years and it takes a lot to impress me, but they did! I highly recommend doing business with them, you won’t regret it.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable
The service department takes over 3 hours to rotate your tires and that’s without an oil change, I was told they are short handed. I was told that the last time in December and it took almost 5 hours to do an oil change with a tire rotation. Y’all promise free oil changes and tire rotations with the purchase of your vehicles but you run people off because of a ridiculous wait time. I see how it works now. I’m not coming back this was awful and we have bought three brand NEW Toyota’s from you all, we won’t be back to buy anym... read more

excellent service and accommodating staff
Do not let them wash your car. They will damage it just like they damaged the personalized license plate on mine. All I wanted was my car returned to me the same way I brought it to them. Is that too much to ask? I guess so.
