The process of buying a car or getting one serviced here, no issues. Bottom line, if it makes them money then you will experience their best. If it involves refunding money, you can forget it. After 3 months of trying to get a refund of an extended warranty contract I can barely get the finance manager to respond to me.

Phillip, I have gotten with Wayne, our Finance Manager, and he has cancelled your warranty contract and backdated to September, so you won't lose out on any monies owed to you. He is going to the back office now to get a check cut and mailed out to you. Again, sorry for the miscommunication and inconvenience on our end.
They were very helpful and the process was easy.

From the moment we walked in the door, we had a great experience. Great deal from the trade in to the new car. We picked up our Highlander and Ahmed our salesmen talked us through all the features. Virgil Roberts the sales manager treated us great. Could not ask for a better group of people we highly recommend Lynch Toyota!
