Just bought my third Highlander from Wayne Smith. Love my Lynch Toyota Highlanders!!
Needed a sun visor replaced. Called in advance to see if they had the one I needed in stock. Both people I spoke with were very helpful--the service person told me exactly when I would need to arrive by in order to be seen that day and the person in parts put the visor on hold for me to ensure that it would still be there when I arrived. When I arrived past the cutoff due to getting off work late, they were very courteous and were still willing to see me before they closed.
