Treated great. Even checked to see if covered under warranty, although i knew it wasn't. Ordered part on Thursday, came in Friday and notified by phone of such. Had installation done in under an hour.
I was headed back to Montgomery this evening when my Tundra started running rough and the check engine light came on. Pulled off the interstate and rolled into Lynch Toyota. An hour and half later, I'm all set with a brand new coil pack. BIG thanks to Mike and the service department. Quick service and very professional.
