Great atmosphere! Great coffee and bottled water to drink. The reason for four stars is I waited 2 hrs and all they did on my new car was rotate the tires and check for matenence. They said they were going to wash the outside but they didn’t. Changed my review because this last visit wait time was acceptable. Thank you for your great service!
I bought my car from there and go there for maintenance. I have never had an issue with anyone. They have always been courteous, kind and today the service person was very informative of what was done and what will be needed in the future.

I drove to Lynch Toyota in Auburn from Birmingham to see a car I saw on their website with special online pricing. When I arrived, the car I inquired about was out front waiting for me to test drive. Jarvon was absolutely great and very knowledgeable about the car and was able to work with us on pricing. I ended up leaving with a sparkly new 2018 Prius Four Touring and I couldn't be happier. I went June 13th with a low right back tire. They did a full check and found a nail. Fixed my tire and explained everything to me. I’ve always experienced great customer service and they are always willing to help you with any questions that you have. Great team of people.
I came in to have my first service completed. Although it took slightly longer than originally estimated, the pleasant atmosphere of the waiting room made my wait very comfortable.
