I had a great experience working with Robin Semmeroth on purchasing my first rental property. She has a lot of knowledge of the rental markets and never tries to oversell me on a bad property. She is always motivated and has been a huge asset to work with.
I submitted an apartment inquiry via Zillow and Eden from LYL responded to me almost immediately to answer my questions and schedule a showing (which is a rarity for Zillow users!). She was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, even up until my move-in date to ensure that the process went as smoothly as possibly. The rest of the team was a pleasure to work with as well!
Recently moved into a new apartment that we found with the help of Eden at LYL. She was very helpful in securing our favorite apartment, and she even followed up several times to make sure that we were on track. Eden also went out of her way to make sure that our move went smoothly when the property manager was non-responsive. I only wish that LYL was managing these properties so we could keep working with them.
