DO NOT RENT FROM LYL REALTY- this company will try to force you to renew your lease 8 months early, and if you don't renew, they will begin showing your apartment to potential renters. Also, they are currently renting a residential unit out to a business, which the apartment building is not zoned for. If you like having random construction workers leaving your front door unlocked and coming in and out of your building all day, then this is the rental company for you.
