My wife and I worked primarily with Cody Fielding. He was referred to us by a friend and after now having worked with him personally, I have no hesitation referring him to others. Cody is easy to work with, very professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. He helped us learn the market and negotiate well when we submitted offers. We are happily moved in to a beautiful home now.
They went above and beyond in helping us purchase a new home. Very quick with responses and excellent with full communication. When there was a problem with an appraisal report and no one from the appraisal management company had returned calls for multiple days, they went personally to the company's address to make sure there wasn't an issue. Everything was quickly resolved. I will definitely be using Lybbert Fielding Real Estate again should I need any real estate help in the future.
Cody Fielding is an exceptional realtor. Very detailed but patient, and went above and beyond in his job. He was there even when he didn't need to be. He was organized and thoughtful and made our house buying experience run much smoother than we thought possible. He also had great response time in addition to a positive straightforward attitude which we appreciated. We recommend him!
