We absolutely love the staff at West Broad! Dr Klitsch is THE BEST! She is amazing with our daughter and so kind and knowledgeable. So happy we have her as our Doctor
Always on time, pleasant staff, multicultural place, professional no matter who you are or what you look like. Dr Ali is so nice. He had to examine my 10 year old son, clothes off except underwear, but examined EVERYTHING, which is awkward for a 10 year old. I was sitting there too. He told my son it's fine, cracked some jokes, made my son feel he's just doing his job and does that all day. Set up a 9 month wellness for our baby, 2 months ahead of time. They called us not even a week before to cancel our appointment and say they aren't taking new patients. Now I have to wait another 2 months for someone else to see her.
