Terrible customer service! they have signs for checkout over all places "Wait to be called for check out" Waited for half an hour and didn't get called. I stood up several time looking at the chatting staff to get their attention but none of them asked me if I need to check out. Then some patients went up to the desk without being called. I told the staff I'd been waiting. The other staff told me I'd to stay behind the line. I asked her if she could check me out since she's doing nothing sitting there, she said no. NEW Incompetent, had multiple visits for an issue with an ankle had an MRI , X-rays everything they could possibly do with zero results I left feeling worse for more than a year. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Stay away. Uncaring. In severe pain and needed an injection. Waited 10 days for appointment and they scheduled me with a doctor/PA who wasn't qualified to give the shot!!! Refused to try to find someone who could. Told me I could try to reschedule the FOLLOWING WEEK! Unbelievable. In agony and no one would help. Totally disgusting. Would give zero stars if possible!!
