I went to have my toes done for the first time and they cut my entire nail almost halfway down my toe nail bed ! I went back to show them and they made excuse after excuse and didn’t refund my money !!! I have pictures !!! Very unprofessional and they over charged $35 when on their pricelist it clearly said $20!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN !!!!
RecommendedI just had my nails by Laura, actually I went somewhere else and they turned out not very well and not what I wanted. I didn’t really realize it until later that day but I came in tonight and the ladies here were very good to me and took care of me. My nails look amazing & I am greatly appreciated that you took the time to fix something you didn’t do. I know where I will be every two weeks from now on! Thank you Laura and thank you LV NAILS

These people have the absolute worst customer service! Each time I go in there they are rude! Plus their work is horrible

I’ve been a client at this salon for almost 10 years, and I get the same thing every time. However, within my last few visits, they tell me a different price than what I usually pay. I ask why every time and I get a different answer every time. Very inconsistent and confusing. I am very sad about this considering I love the work they do and they have a very pleasant staff. I just don’t like feeling like I’m being ripped off. I would still recommend them for the work they do, but be careful about what they charge you.

A delicious massage and very relaxing when my pedicure ends, I love this place.
Not worth the service. I have cuticle cuts from the drill on every finger on my left hand. The nail technician would not let me enjoy my pedicure (insisted on doing my nails even though I asked to wait until my pedicure was finished). Additionally, my toenail polish was not dry when I was told I could leave and despite having on open toed shoes my polish is ruined on several toes. Overall 5/10 not worth it the hassle.
