They have very poor customer service when it comes to Africa Americans. I had been going for about 6 months before I felt the impact that others spoke about. The worker was almost finished with me when a Caucasian female came in and the owner started fussing with the worker in their language. I’ve gone there on several occasions but stopped bc I noticed how I felt like I was looked over and was slow to be attended to and my service was rushed.
This place is a joke! Completely. They don’t know how to do simple designs like a flower. And Tung told me he was going to do whatever design he wanted. Then painted my toenail halfway. 🙄 yeah I give them a zero.
had my nails done today after 58 days in quarantine. wow, do I feel better. I love Lilly she does an awesome job everytime. only girl I allow to work on my nails. thank you lilly, your the best. see you in a month.
