Went to LV Cars Las Vegas for the second time 2yrs and purchase a car. Buoy!!!! Was elated. The staff was welcoming, respectful and highly attentive. They got me an enbelieveable deal. I love LV Cars! They went up and beyond for me on my purchase. I purchased the car as is but anything that was wrong with is was fixed buy the owner himself! I will always be a LV Cars customer. I Had a great experience at this car dealership. We bought a truck 6 months ago from LV Cars. They helped us with all the questions my Husband and I had. The truck he went in for was nice, but when my husband saw all the other diesel trucks he was in heaven. Thank you Rafa for dealing with us and answering all of our questions. I purchased a Diesel truck from Lv Cars and i am very pleased with the selection.I was able to choose find a truck with out driving around the city.The customer service was excellent and would definitely recommend this lot to a friend!
Stay away from LV Cars East. I bought a vehicle that required almost $10,000 in repairs to get it to pass emissions within a week after driving it home. Get a 3rd party pre pruchase inspection before you buy anything. These people took parts of 4 different vehicles and disconnected some components to make a check engine light go off, leaving me for a very unsafe long drive back home out of state. We are not responsible for out of state emotions requirements . This is your problem. Some state require DPF system some not so this is responsible of the customer .our reputation is not bad at all . Arbitration agreement it's part of the contract .
