Bought vehicle from LV Cars East in Nov 2023. Over 6 months later and they still have not paid off my trade-in vehicle or filed Transfer of Title correctly on the vehicle I purchased. Call after call is one excuse after another: CC used to pay title transfer fee was denied so had to file again, check for payoff of trade-in had incorrect account number, etc, etc, etc. I am now forced to file in small claims court to get the money back I had to pay for the trade in vehicle to be paid off. Good Morning, There was an issue wit the cc auth that was on file with the dmv. this has been corrected and resubmitted, unfortunately the Nv Dmv is significantly behind schedule on perfecting title documents but this issue is corrected and the new vehicle title documents have all been sent to the new finance company. in regards to the payoff, there was a check previously sent to the finance company. this check was never cashed by the old finance company as the name on the new contract and name on the traded in vehicle were ... read more
The worst place to buy a car. It took 2 days to finish my paperwork. Then recently I got into a car accident. My car was totaled out. This how I found out that I'm a lessee. I came in to purchase a car and now I have to do more than extra to get paided out for a car that is paided off. This is the shadest place. Rude employees definitely.
