Primera vez visitando la tienda, los precios súper caros el doble de lo que cuesta en realidad, fui a su página web y la señora me cobró el doble de lo que costaba en realidad. Después de salir de la tienda tan decepcionada, y ver los precios reales los llame y le pregunté por qué había diferencia entre la tienda online y la física . La señora solo dijo que en la tienda física era más caro que online . No recomiendo este lugar .

Tengo muy mala opinión de este lugar.Pues siempre me llamó la atención es un lugar limpio todo muy organizado pero la atención pésima por lo menos la que me atendió a mi una señora de pelo negro tiene muy mal carácter, se molesta cuando tu la necesitas.Mi esposo me compro un juego de gargantilla hace una semana y hoy fui a devolverlo se puso negro.Y no les gustó, no te devuelven el dinero te dan otea prenda.Es injusto porque la mercancía de oro laminado no es barata para que a la semana se ponga negra.Pesimo todo.
Terrible customer service.. I visited the store today. The lady that came to help me made me feel, like i was interrupting her conversation with the other representative.. I had seen sereral ítems on there website that i really like.. i had seen a 14mm/24" gold filled chain for $67.90. In the store the lady said that the price was $180.00... crazy.. when i showed her the website she said i was in the wrong Luxus... i showed her the address on the web site was the same as the store... she said... well get it from the website.... read more
