Picking my car up today. Tom, the manager was very patient in working it out with me until I got my financing. A pleasure buying my car from them. No misrepresentations.
The dealer was quick to respond. Onsite experience was as expected. Bought a Cayenne S but was in far worse condition than described or presented. I expect to deal with the previous owners complaints The vehicle had a dead battery, dead starter, destroyed rotors and CV joints, and some rather significant mechanical issues. none of the issues were able to present themselves on the dealer test drive course. The sorting has run 7K over two months and the vehicle still needs significant engine and transmission work to be vaguely... read more

The customer made note of the battery and the rotors, but took that into consideration at the time of the purchase of the 2008 Porsche Cayenne. As for the other items, we were unaware of them. His review is the first time that we have heard of these issues.
I just recently purchased an Acura from Tom at Luxury of North America. I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Tom was honest, helpful, direct and flexible with negotiating prices. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car, and would absolutely do business with him again!
