Good person
I bought a car from this dealership. I was very happy with how I was treated by Tom. He is very friendly. The showroom is a bit unconventional, but the car was clean, in good shape and perfect for my needs. No pressure in the process at all. All the paperwork was done at the time of sale. Tom took good care of my car needs, I'll check his selection out first, the next time I'm shopping for a car. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Tom responded right away and we were able to test drive the car. It just wasn't for us. He did have other cars to offer as well just not what we were looking for.
Helpful and honest
We didn't do business but he was very honest and pleasant to deal with.
Not your average car dealer. Took a trip to this dealer on a recent afternoon and when i arrived, I spent about 10 mins actually looking for the spot. It's a small store front/mini mall area mixed in an industrial area. I know!!! Weird set up for a car delearship!!!. Anyways I walked up rung the doorbell to enter the office and no one enter. Literally stood outside for 10 mins at about 2pm on a Thursday afternoon ringing a car dealerships doorbell.... Needless to say, I was done with this experience rather quickly

Highly recommend Luxury of North America. I met the owner who was very personable and friendly. The mechanic was awesome. Finally, Tom was great to work with. I would for sure buy my cars from them in the future.
