Great communication, honest reporting of information regarding vehicle history. Prices are fair, non negotiable but do not include the usual "car inspection", "dealership fee", "marketing fee" or other markup fees, just straight forward tax/title and doc fees. Car was as immaculate as described and tested it on a 400 mile trip that same weekend, no issues.

I was looking for a car and found it at a great price! Sent tom an email and he instantly responded. When I got there he had the car clean and ready for me to drive and drove it home that day. If you looking to deal with a great guy I would consider giving tom a call

I was surprised at the dealer's quick response. I am very interested in the Touareg but unfortunately Chicago is on a stay home order until further notice. Hopefully the car will be available when I'm ready to see it. 5 stars for the dealership.
Although I did not purchase the vehicle involved, I would nonetheless recommend those in the market looking for a clean/quality used vehicle visit Luxury of North America and, in particular, discuss their needs with Tom.
