Don’t ever use this girl service. She is a straight up hustler and a thief. Horrible customer service. Will ask you for a deposit and take your money and don’t return your call, text. Or DM’s. The worst experience of my life. She’s a thief!!!!

Customer service is horrible. I booked an appointment and have been trying to get a hold of the stylist cause I wanted to buy the hair from her as well. I call, text, DM her on IG so far nothing. I paid $50 deposit which I’m going to loose because I can’t get a hold of her to coordinate the hair pick up and finalize my appointment. It looks like she does a great job installing hair but bad customer service is not an option. No answering the phone when clients has questions will definitely make you loose business.

Always have a great experience here. Ashley does my hair and she does an amazing job. I’ve also purchased hair from her site and it’s been ready and waiting at the salon for my install. Great location and overall experience every time!
