I have never had such an easy car buying experience! Salesman Michael Jenks did not make me feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want to. Usually I'm skeptical but I described what I wanted and he matched me up with the perfect car! Couldn't be more satisfied. Definitely 5 star service! Thank you again Michael!! I bought a 2001 Ford F-150. I absolutly love the truck! My buying experience was exceptional! Never been to a dealership where I have felt like family from beginning to end. Every car experience should replicate the one I just had at Lux Auto. Fast, thorough and efficient. From the very start as I was dealing with Anthony Kent, it was no nonsense and straightforward. Told him the car I wanted ( blue Honda Accord) but he informed me that it had already been spoken for. Instead of leaving it at that he suggested a beautiful brown Accord that had just come in. Had a great experience there. If you don't see something you like that's ok cause they will go find you what you want. They have helped me with my Subaru. They go above and beyond to help you with your vehicle. I have referred a few people there an they enjoyed there experience as well.
