Hi, just had a great used car purchase at Lux! Drove into the parking lot on Sunday of last week, and saw a Buick Encore. Asked Ryan Cox to see it, fell in love with it. Drove in and walked over to a GMC Acadia. Out comes Gene Rice with a warm welcome. Told him what I was looking for and he highly recommend the Acadia. So we took it for a test drive. I fell in love. I had an awful experience with this dealership. I bought 2 cars and had to wait a week after we signed papers to pick them up. When I finally was able to pick them up one smelled like cigarettes and neither gaff been detailed. I was promised a full tank of gas and neither vehicle had even close to a full tank. Neither vehicle received the resist all coat that they were supposed to and one of the vehicles needs new pads and rotors. Once I signed the papers, the week I had to wait I was treated like crap. My daughter and I had a great experience at LuxAuto Plus. We went there looking for an upgrade for me and a car for her. Gene Rice & Joe McCassie were awesome, very helpful and so nice. Bought my Ford F-150 and the guys there were all so nice. My sales person Chris came in on his day off so I could pick it up the next day. It was truly amazing. I will be sending my friends there and buying more from them.
