Im gonna be honest, I HATE DEALERSHIPS! BUT... I had a great experience at Lux Auto. Billy Mish helped me narrow my search down, was extremely sweet and understood all of my expectations. I went in just thinking about getting a newer car, and Billy made it possible for me. He spent his time with me and absolutely NO preasure at all! Not cool to promise a guy one monthly payment for 5 years and change it when he arrives to pick up the truck. Bad.
Found the exact truck I wanted at LuxAuto. Ryan and Brian made the process smooth and easy as I was purchasing from out of state. We did all the leg work over the phone and via mail so when I was back in town I went and drove it off the lot the same day. There were only two things that bothered me. If you're spending 40k on a new vehicle, it should come with a full tank of gas, not less than half. So apparently these reviews mean a lot to them, so I can see why they mention it to you.
