I put a hold on a vehicle for a few days so I could come back and view it before I purchased it. While it was on hold, the sales manager (Derek) wrote an offer on the vehicle that I had on hold. I didn't like the ethics of that so I walked out of the showroom. Incredible!

RecommendedI needed a loaner car, I was not told where it was just given keys. Finally I asked someone they had to go find it. Then returning the car I was told to go inside . After 35 mins I finally asked is anyone going to check me out. They should have better guidance and maybe personally bring you to the car.
I went with my boyfriend to get a new car and drove off with one for myself too! I got a more than fair price for my trade in! Nick and Matt were great...best experience ever!

I'd like to recognize Josh T, my service contact, who was extremely helpful and understanding with my latest repair visit. My 2004 Oddessy needed an oil change and tail light housing replaced. He understood my disappointment that the housing unit was not ordered when I called in the repair so I had to return a different time. There were issues with this entire repair, requiring a longer repair time. Josh kept me informed and made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.
