If you are planing to buy car, be careful about your interest rate!!! I bought a car from here, I had good experience with salesperson but financial department was very rude and forced me to get high interest rate, even though my credit score is good. First of all he said they have 30 different banks to choose from, but he applied to only 5 banks. At Luther Hopkins Honda, I've received nothing short of honest answers and opinions. I leased a car from them in 2014 and am about to re-lease this year! I came back to them because I can trust the technicians and sales people to not screw me over, their shop is efficient and they get the job done, and Honda's are great vehicles all around. Had a great experience buying my second car from Hopkins Honda. The folks there are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Came in without having a clear picture of the makes / models we should be looking at. Natasha helped narrow things down. Then, finished up the decision making process with Chris and bought ourselves a beautiful CRV. Appreciate their round the clock team effort since I was crunched for time before a family vacation. Coming back to this place for the next one!
