They took good care of me today. I didn't know what was wrong with my fuel gauge and they went above and beyond to help me find the problem and make sure I was covered for the day with transportation. Caroline Gates is a caring service manager and I'll definitely be bringing my car here in the future.
I bought a used truck from this dealership a couple months ago. They sold me a LEMON without disclosing it at the time of purchase. I only found out when I received the title in the mail. Lamar (used car salesman) & Brian Peterson (used car sales manager) were both aware of what they did. They're dishonest & unethical. Getting my money back has proved to be a pain in the a**. I will never buy another vehicle through this dealership ever again. Buyer's beware!!!
I had a great experience with service the past two days. The MIL came on and after about a week of it inconsistently on, I made an appointment to bring it in. Before they even knew the problem, and AFTER I had trouble making the appointment online, they agreed to comp my rental car. I was made aware of exactly what they would do and what it would cost and had to sign off on that. They discovered one or more spark plug wires had come loose. Today I feel very sad ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️, buy some toys for children who can not have a gift at Christmas, and I just came back home with the toys in my hands, last year I left them in Hopkins Honda and this year they did not put A gift box, I'm angry with them, maybe they do not understand that this is the best action of each year, give children happiness and happiness, maybe she's the boss !!
