I bought a Honda Civic from this dealership. I won’t recommend them.this dealership wnever offers Courtesy Care programs for customers. Im regreting now😐. They are smart , tricky they will push you toward the Luther care program if you say no. They ll behave like I don’t care about you .The manager is bit rude when I said I don’t want to enroll program which cost 4K Really!!!. They have started showing faces. This place is utterly disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves. We bought a used car a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Now it's being sold for parts because it no longer runs and it isn't worth the money to fix it. Which leaves us with two young kids and no way to get around. Take your money elsewhere!

I have a 2007 Odyssey -one of the power sliding doors isn't closing all the way. Luther Honda wanted $80 to diagnose -I said "sure" -they called back I said it could be 1 of 3 things -the door latch, the bottom hinge roller or the actuator. I spoke with Donna the service advisor -she informed it was most likely the latch. -Luther Honda replaced the $200 latch -I now owe them $660 & the door still doesn't close -I'm very frustrated that Luther wasn't able to diagnose -I guess I will pay Luther & live with the broken door ....... read more
