I purchased a used Buick from this location. A month after buying it the radio stopped working. I was told to call service to set up diagnostics and repairs. Being it was near a holiday I had to wait a week to get in. I asked if I should call another Luther location and was told no because that’s where I bought it. I was treated very rudely in service. I have an extended warranty but no one wanted to understand exactly what it covered. After this experience and the last oil change taking an hour and a half (with an appointment) I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Brought my Jeep in for a service 4 wheel drive light. They charged me $350 to diagnose it and said I needed a new transfer case. They told me I didn’t have 4 wheel drive but I knew better. I brought the Jeep to another shop and the diagnosis was a bad front axel actuator, the exact part I told the dealer was the problem in the past. In the end it was a $30 part that needed to be fixed. Terrible service. Have attempted to speak to someone for 2 months. No response. But after disputing the transaction on the credit card, they followed up on the dispute in 24 hours.
I went here to buy a brand new car and was assured that I bought all the appropriate coverage for my personal situation. Now that the time came to actually use my coverage, I can't get ahold of anyone and they're shrugging it off that I didn't buy any additional coverage. So now in addition to the headache of car trouble, I have to add their fraudulent behavior to it. They're wonderful, but they have no follow through with what they promise. Far much more trouble than they're worth.
Recommendedbought a new used car from reese. reese made the whole thing very smooth and made sure I was able to get something better then what I had. I absolutely love my jeep Cherokee and would definitely recommend going to see reese!
I bought a Jeep Cherokee at this location. I worked with Jamie and Benji, and have never had a smoother experience with purchasing a vehicle. They didn’t make me feel pressured, and were super friendly! I will definitely be telling my friends and family to see these two for their car needs.
