After purchasing my truck had to bring it back within a month due to some steering problems. They said the issue was fixed I brought it back again within the next six months of this year, they kept it for a week had it sitting outside for that week said they was fixing on it ! The last time I brought it in I brought it in for a really bad smell that was coming from the vehicle inside and outside. Yes it’s cold outside but my vehicle should start! service is horrible! they have had my wife's car for a week with no information given. every time we call, we get transferred to a voice mail and no returns our calls. not even management with call back! they will not even give a loaner car because they supposedly don't have any.

Very disappointed in my visit today. Made an appointment with my described issues. I showed up early for my appointment. I stood for a good 5 minutes before anybody greeted me and there were at least 5 people sitting at their desks. After finally getting checked in I was told oh what will be 3 to 5 hours. definitely not what I was told when I made the appointment. after becoming very upset I assumed to be the sales manager popped his head out of the office and said they'll try to diagnose my problem in the time frame I was g... read more

horrible customer service. especially the sales manager. ran my credit which is not bad just too tell me he'd call me back on monday that was a week ago. go to a dealership that wants to make a sale and help people. this is not the place. at all.

If you need more cold calls, emails, texts, and snail mail with the added spice of questionable service then this is the place for you! Once you purchase or service something there, it's impossible to get your information off their records AND you get the added bonus of paying too much. Service did a previous oil change and forgot to reattach the oil cap. The whole vehicle reeked of fumes so it was easy to catch the error. Chris in the internet sales department was incredibly helpful. Easy to communicate with, got us the car we wanted and took care of the hard stuff over the phone. Spent no more than twenty minutes at the dealership. Well worth the drive from Duluth!

After showing up for our scheduled appointment for a particular vehicle, test drove it, planned to buy immediately as we walked back into the showroom. We were asked how we liked it and were told it had sold while we were test driving it. While we understand things happen with a larger company, wires get crossed, it still left us with an uneasy feeling. This dealer ship got me for a extra 15,000 on my Durango. Told me that the price on the window was only with rebates and financing only and I had to pay a different price because I was paying in cash after everything was all done and the extras I had put on I paid over 62,000. The sales person was great Jasmine and service is absolutely phenomenal but not happy with the ripping me off of MONEY.
