If you have a choice in where to do your business I would encourage you to go elsewhere. The service department made some significant mistakes on some repair work I had done on my Jeep. I also received the worst service I have ever had from the service managers. They were extremely rude and condescending, showed no respect and did not care about a loyal Jeep customer. Very disappointing and I will be taking my business elsewhere .
Love getting overcharged for a side mirror that only costs ~$50 on Amazon. OEM Part Number = 68092051AB. Total came out to be $286.58 then with labor+tax = $456.64. Still a great place for other things but, for parts being ordered.... huge pass. Not doing this again. All I needed was the mirror/cover part as I explained BEFORE having them order it.
