Very disappointed in the lack of customer service that I received with Chris today. During my test drive, he was constantly making calls back to the dealer. Prior to the test drive, he told me that he had traded that car and would tell me all about it. During the drive, he did not give me any attention. He also gave me minimal attention at his desk, he would often leave me for 10-20 minutes to go help another customer. I would highly recommend Adam for any new cars sales that you were looking for very professional great to talk to outstanding to work with he will go above and beyond the call of duty there was a small issue with my vehicle and he was willing to put us in his own personal vehicle to make things right. jamie (jc) was an awesome sales lady. she helped my boyfriend buy a jeep for me for Christmas. kept it totally quite and only contacted him when the jeep was ready to go. jamie was really patient with me trying to get my phone connected to the jeep and trying to figure out how to stop phone calls and texts. in the end it didn't ended up working due to my phone not allowing do not disturb when connected via blue tooth. Chris in service was helpful in figuring out the few things that where wrong with my jeep.
