Lute Riley experience was great! Especially when my 2012 Odyssey with 30,000 miles caught on fire in my garage and almost burned my house down!! And when I called the sales manager to ask about an investigation never heard back from the service manager who was supposed to call me! Now 2 weeks later I'm waiting with the van still in my garage for Honda to investigate! Thanks Honda!
Purchased a 2009 honda civic here about a month ago and they sold me a damn lemon. Mulu said he would make sure the car was in perfect condition before it left the lot and it has major issues that are costing me $3000 to fix! So much for it being in great conditions. Would never recommend anyone to buy here!
I paid their service department for an engine rebuild (several thousand dollars) and either they didn't do it and claimed they did, or they did it badly. They don't want to make it right. I love my car, but Lute Riley service is dishonest and disreputable. BEWARE!!!

Had an amazing experience here in 2012 with Brian Weiss when I purchased my Odyssey used. Well the transmission blew and I thought of Lute Riley again and guess what? Saul Ersoy took me under his wing and made sure I found another minivan in budget and I am now holding the keys ready to roll. Oh, and guess what? My dad was with me looking to replace his Honda and he's getting a car with Saul, too! Thanks guys! Amazing customer service, attention to detail, patience and friendliness! ;-)
