The greatest car dealership I have ever dealt with.
Get it in writing! When I bought my Accord I didn't want the extended warranty but they wheeled and dealed and convince me to buy it if they threw in 3 years of free oil changes or 36K miles whichever came first soooooo I bought it. Well, guess what, I tried to get a free oil change and they have no record of it and that guy no longer works there so they are not honoring it. #lessonlearned #moneybeforeethics #nextcarnotahonda Update: my car salesman Marc Dupry and gave me 3 oil change coupons. ZERO STARS for LYING EMPLOYEES & UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES after HITTING another driver with a company vehicle!!!
I have bought 3 cars over the years and will always come back to LRH. Joe in used cars was awesome, never pushy and was a good listener. Cars are not perfect things (nor are people) but it's what the staff does to correct things that makes the difference. Brian, Joe, and Mike took care of all the issues we had and never brushed us off, which is what a good long lasting business does. We will be back for sure.
