I was in need of a new truck. My wife and I went into Lute Riley, she bought a car there several years back and "...loved their sales team!". Long HAPPY story short...John McCristian WORKED to get me into a beautiful 2008 Chevy Silverado (I've always wanted one!). A HUGE MISTAKE TO SHOP AT THIS RIP OFF JOINT. A friend told me Lute Riley Honda had an ad for $7,000 off an Accord. I went by to see the car. Then they hit me with their scam about the so called discount. They added extra charges to the MSRP, then took the so called $7,000 discount making it about a $2,000 discount from the MSRP. WTF are these second stickers with crappy thin pieces of plastic like door guards that they charge over $100 bucks for ? Maricar is the best person you could hope for in a sales professional. She is very nice to explain everything to us, even though my english is not well she try her best to let me understand. Also she make the process easy and enjoyable versus running a rat race between manager approvals. I am highly recommend her .Do yourself a favor and ask for her when you're ready to step up and snag a honda！
I bought an Accord and a Fit with my family, Ahmad was so helpful and made the process easy. He listened to what we wanted and delivered.
