Shout out to Juan Beltran at this establishment for honest and quick service - he my people. The "service" and parts department at the Honda dealership in Frisco off 121 tried to swindle me into spending for programming a new chip and set of keys...talking about "I've worked here [alternate number] of years and we've never sold just the casing for your make and model car"...they may as well call themselves the SALES department.

Great dealership that provides outstanding customer service in an exceptional environment. I purchased my new 3rd Honda Accord EX-L with the help of John McChristian and was there for only about an hour. The entire process was smooth and easy. I will definitely do business with them in the future because of their loyalty and genuine service.

I went to the service and parts department yesterday for a recall on my airbags. When I bought my car in, the rep Philip, greeting me and was super professional. I came back hours later, and he told me the airbags were done and they checked my car and everything was good. He was very helpful.

I went in to look at the Honda Fit. The sales staff was extremely friendly and upfront about everything. They made the car buying experience very pleasant. I love my new car and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

My husband and I purchased our 4th car from Mark Dupuy at Lute Riley last week. It was another great experience. Mark went out of his way to take care of us. Their service dept. has always been a pleasure to work with. Our cars have never been serviced anywhere else. We can't say enough good things about this dealership.
