I LOVE LUTE RILEY. THE SERVICE ADVISORS ARE AWESOME ESPECIALLY PHILLIP ARNOLD. HE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE MY WAIT ON AN AIRBAG RECALL REPAIR PLEASANT AND FOUND A WAY YO DECREASE MY WAIT TIME. I DIDN'T GET GOOD SERVICE LIKE THIS AT JOHN EAGLE. I WILL DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM DESOTO AND PASS A MILLION HONDA DEALERSHIPS TO GET TO LUTE RILEY. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
Really great service ! Took my car to get looked at under the factory warranty and I was amazed by how quick I was in and out of there with the exact problem of my car ! The tech actually took me back there and showed me where and what the problem was ! I highly recommend this as a service station for all Honda owners !
My mom and I went in just to kill time, but Chuck showed us around and really went out of his way to help us find a great deal. I'm so in love with my new car! Thank you!
