I am a repeat customer at this location. We had a fabulous experience last night , 8/26/17, with our Sales Consultant Jeff Sowards. Love lute Riley. Bought a 2017 accord there back in march and they worked with us and help get the car in the monthly payments we could afford. Went in yesterday to have the back door rubber weather stripping replaced and got it done without having to wait long. They washed my car and it looks brand new again. Will recommend to all my family and friends
Three people that arrived after me had their oil changed before me. Almost two hours for an oil change is not good customer service.
I was on my way to my grandkids swim meet in Frisco, I was coming from Paris, and had a loud and scary impaling from a road construction sign pole. After seeing the damage, I could drive but worried about the safety of driving 100 miles back home. I went to Lute Riley after the meet. My daughter had bought a car there a number of years ago. I told them what had happened and asked if they could look at the pieces hanging and be sure I was safe to drive.
